Membership fees, prescription medication, pharmacy charges, laboratory testing, supplements, shipping, and advanced therapies are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subcription Disclosure
FitSlimUSA memberships begin with a three-month initial membership term.
After the initial term, memberships automatically renew monthly using the payment method on file until canceled.
Members may cancel future renewals through the member portal before
the applicable billing date.
Complete pricing, renewal, cancellation, and subscription terms are presented before enrollment.
